  • Please complete this form to schedule a 15-minute advising session. If you haven't already, we highly recommend visiting our program's website to familiarize yourself with the range of programs we offer. If you have any specific questions about a particular program or course, please feel free to mention them below and discuss them further with our advisor.

  • Schedule your Appointment

    Select an advisor below and use the Calendly widget to schedule your appointment by selecting a day and time. Make sure to click "Schedule Event" to schedule the appointment. You will receive a confirmation email from Calendy. Please make sure to also submit this form by clicking Submit at the bottom.

  • Important: You must follow both of these steps to schedule an appointment.

    Please click the blue "Schedule Event" button above to schedule your appointment with Calendly. You will then receive a confirmation email from Calendly with your appointment details and Zoom link (if applicable).

    Next, click the "Submit" button below so that your advisor can receive your information and prepare for your session.
